Original release notes
RAW is no longer part of the purchase. Every format the phone can write — RAW, Apple ProRAW, RAW+JPEG, HEIF, JPEG, at full sensor resolution — now comes with the free app. Pro is the instruments you shoot with, not the file you keep. New in this version: - Develop your shots in the app. Exposure, highlights, shadows, contrast, whites, blacks, warmth in Kelvin, tint, vibrance, saturation, crop, straighten, rotate. RAW frames go through the RAW pipeline, so white balance and highlight recovery behave like a camera file. - Edits are non-destructive. The recipe lives with the shot and the original file is never touched. Hold the picture to see it before you touched it. - The roll keeps every shot instead of the last thirty. - Share the photograph you edited, from the top bar. - Every install now gets a free week of Pro, so the dials can sell themselves. Fixes: limited photo-library access no longer empties the roll, and manual settings hold through lens swaps and zoom. Questions? [email protected] — we read every message.
