- iOS 15 is here and we've updated all of our dependencies to make sure it runs on your device.
- Some users may have experienced issues with receiving incoming calls. We identified the bug and squashed it appropriately.

Since we released a new mobile version in late February, you’ve had a lot to say. While some users have enjoyed the updates, many of you have found it less reliable than the previous version.

We hate that, and we’re going to fix it.

We’ve heard your complaints and our team has been working tirelessly to resolve them. In the meantime, we’ve made the decision to go back to the old app version.

SchoolStatus is dedicated to turning data into doing and a big part of that is convenience. With our mobile app, we are able to put 'data' and 'doing' in the palm of your hand. Recently, we've updated our app to not only look more modern, but to be:
- more intuitive
- more responsive
- more informational

- The speakerphone and mute buttons are now much easier to find on the Call screen.
- Accessibility labels have been added to the call and message buttons on the Contact screen.

- Translate the messages you send and receive!
- You can now take photos and attach them to messages, directly in the app
- Listen to call recordings from the History tab

- Re-added Face ID/Touch ID

- Parents can now call you back! Receive incoming calls right in the app!
- An alert sound now plays when new messages arrive.
- Caps lock bug has now been squashed!
- Overall smoother app experience
