Minor bug fixes.

Minor stability patch. Fix for restore purchase functionality not working, as well as menu items not being populated when being offline at boot.

Stability patch. We heard that players were having problems with crashes and other glitches. We have done our best to fix the issues we could find. Please let us hear from you if you experience further issues.

Changelog:
- Fixed bug where the third and fourth power slot never shows up.
- Added localization for "BATTERY SAVER" for all languages.
- Stability upgrades to game engine and third party plugins to hopefully squash those nasty bugs.
