c. Universal Protection formats need to be first opened in the Seclore app to validate the user’s credentials and then choose any other app that supports that specific format.

a. Once you receive a universally protected file on email, click on the protected attachment (HTML-wrapped).
b. You will be prompted to open it with any of the applications in your device. Select Seclore for iOS app
c. Post authentication, the user will be asked to select a native application that supports the file.
2. Fixed the issue where password protected files did not open on iOS devices. (#7182)
a. Before the fix: When a protected file, with password protection, was opened in Seclore for iOS, the file did not open.
b. After the fix: A prompt will ask for a password when such files are opened. After the user enters the password the file will open.
