Maintenance update to better support newer versions of Android

- Upgraded the underlying audio engine to ensure the app works well on new versions of iOS.
- Fixed a bug where the screen was not resized properly when changing between landscape and portrait modes on iPhones.
- Other minor bug fixes.

- Improved ENV & LFO.
	- "Free-running” LFOs and the addition of “triplet” and “dotted” modes.
	- Envelope graphs now have animated cursors showing their current positions.

- Improved routing system.
	- A new routings overview page to see all the active modulation assignments.
