Multiplayer and the leaderboard now work properly.

- Fixed Game Center sign in. Real time 1v1 matches, friend invites and the global leaderboard are available for the first time.
- Six new achievements to chase, from Double Digits to Total Recall.
- The game is now available in Thai, Portuguese, Japanese, German and Spanish. Pick your language in Settings.
- Rebuilt the iPad layout. Bigger buttons and readable text on every screen size.
- Ads load more reliably, so there are fewer interruptions between games.
