The latest major update introduced doggy day care, walking, and drop-in visit services, but triggered a surge in negative sentiment. While the Android rating increased to 2.71 from a baseline of 1.0, the gain is overshadowed by high-frequency complaints regarding payment gates and alleged service failures. The update is classified as strongly negative due to the volume of scam-related feedback.
