This update fix an issue with AudioUnit when used with NanoStudio2.

This is a major update as SK-51 is now available as an AudioUnit!! (even in the free version ;p)
Also, we have added a "Sample Pads" with 6 drums pads, allowing to play manually all the drums sounds, and a pitch bend ribbon for rhythm special effect.
