Original release notes

• Added Practice Log: your practice time is recorded so you can review it by day, week, month or year (top-left menu → Log).
• Timers can now be saved with a name, and duplicated or deleted.
• You can now choose the timer alert sound, set separately for the end of a menu and the end of the whole timer.
• Added metronome controls and a shrink button to the full-screen tuner.
• Refreshed the timer and settings screen designs.
