Fixed teams not working basically

Added support for linking Patreon to the splix.io app.

Added a new teams game mode.
Optimised block loading, so this should be a bit less laggy.
Pause by tapping the screen with two fingers.
You can join specific servers, since urls with an #animal in it will now redirect you to the app.

-added a way to change your pattern and color
-fixed a bug where you sometimes can't connect to the server
-fixed glitches that would happen when changing direction too often.
