Got a long list of payees you’ll never need to send money to again? It’s easy to delete them, and tidy up your feed. Just select the payee name, then ‘Manage’ and ‘Delete’. Declutter delight!

Misplaced your card? You can lock it at any time in the app. With just one tap, both your physical card and any mobile wallets will be locked. Want to unlock it again? Just tap again to unlock them. Great for those “it’s probably in my other bag” moments.

Did you know you can multiply your Round Ups? Get to your saving target quicker by multiplying the change you’re adding. Choose between a 2-times, 5-times, and 10-times boost. Just head to ‘Manage Space’, then ‘Round Ups’.

Need to receive money from abroad? Find your international account details, such as your IBAN and SWIFT numbers, by heading to the main menu, then ‘Account Details’. You can toggle between your UK and international details. Tap ‘Share’ to send a message with your details attached - easier than trying to remember all those numbers!

Fed up of fetching your card when paying online? You can find your card details in the Cards section of the app. No need to perform a memory test either - just tap to copy, then paste into your browser. Easy!

You can pay Direct Debits and standing orders from a Space with Bills Manager. Use an automatic transfer to put money aside when you’re paid so you can pay your bills straight from the Space. Your main balance will show exactly what’s left for day-to-day spending, making budgeting easier. Select ‘Manage Space’ then ‘Pay bills from this Space’ to get started.

Did you know that each virtual card has a different shape on its design? It’s a helpful way of remembering which card relates to which Space, no more guesswork!

Happy Valentine’s Day! Is your payee feed still haunted by the accounts of partners past? Treat yourself to a pre-spring clean. Simply select their name, then ‘Manage’, and ‘Delete’. It’s the banking version of burning your photos. See ya never.

Time to make your relationship (banking) official? You can open a joint account in minutes. Select ‘Open a new account’ from the dropdown menu above your main balance. Follow the steps from there and once you’re approved, your account will be ready to use and your bank cards will be on their way to you both.

Using an automatic transfer to grow your Space? It doesn’t have to be once a month. You can save on a daily, weekly, or yearly basis too. You can also save every other day, every third day, and so on all the way up to every 20 days. The same goes for weeks, months and even years. Yep, you can put £10 away every 20 years if you’re feeling cautious.

Feel more comfortable with a smaller contactless payment limit? Then feel free to change it! You can choose intervals of £10 up to £100. Or you can turn contactless payments off all together. Just head to the Cards section of the app, then choose ‘Payment and card limits’.

Need to see a breakdown of all the fees you’ve paid us? Go to the main menu, then ‘Statements and Documents’, and then ‘Fees Statements’. We’ll show you a detailed breakdown, which you can export as a PDF.

If you need to download a bank statement, just go to the main menu and then ‘Statements and Documents’. Select ‘Statement history’ and then choose your date range. You can download the statement in either CSV or PDF format, depending on what you need it for.
