• Strict Alarms (iOS 26.1+) — Alarms you can't just swipe away. Backed by Apple's new system alarm engine, they ring full-screen through Silent and Focus, and you must solve a challenge to turn them off. Wake to a gentle, rising chime.

• New ways out of Strict Mode — Decide how Strict Mode can be lifted: Friend Approval (a trusted friend signs off first) or Cooldown (wait out a timed delay before it unlocks).

• Lock individual features — Pin specific features like Strict Alarm under Strict Mode, so they can't be changed while you're locked in.

• Password-protect Strict Mode — Set a password so only you can open the app or change protected settings.
