This version adds new Record mode, where you can record steps directly from a MIDI source.
- Route a MIDI source as MIDI Input
- Arm the record button at the end of the step view
- Send MIDI notes or chords!
- StepBud recognizes the notes and chords in the currently selected key and scale pair.
- If the entered note/chord is not a member of the current scale, then it appears as a custom step.
- You can always edit your steps by double-tapping their LED buttons.

- This versions adds ability to capture current step configuration as a snapshot.
- You can load your snapshots at anytime while playing.
- You can use the new "Show/Hide Snapshots" button in the settings bar for showing/hiding the snapshots view. Initially, snapshots view is hidden.
- You can press the "+" button to capture current snapshot, they will appear as thumbnails in the snapshot view where you can load later by tapping them.
- They are also triggerable by MIDI CC commands!
- MIDI CC screen is updated with snapshot MIDI CC input settings.
- You can also enable/disable the MIDI CC input for snapshot triggering from this screen as well.

This version adds step skipping, probability and swing features.
Exopses an audio unit parameter called "Root Note" where you can change the sequencer's root note with a MIDI note.
You can connect multiple StepBud AUv3 instances each other and let them drive their root keys!

With the new "step skipping" feature where you can skip a step by toggling the new skip button, under the lock button of each step.
Also, you may show/hide lock and skip buttons by new "Show/Hide Lock Buttons" or "Show/Hide Skip Buttons" toggles on the settings bar.

You can modify the starting position of a step with the new swing mode.
Try locking every other step and use the master fader for creating easy swings.
For easier locking even/odd steps, you can use the "Lock Even Steps" or "Lock Odd Steps" buttons.
