Fix issue selecting and deleting text on iOS 16

- In the setup screen of Pocket CRM the "CRM Online" button is no longer possible to use since Pocket CRM does not support SuperOffice Online installations

Pocket CRM will not be able to log in to a version 10 installation of SuperOffice. You need to upgrade to Mobile CRM to benefit from the latest features.

Bug fixes and improvements:

    Fixed a login problem that was related to special characters in either company name or userID

In this version of Pocket you are now able to try out our new and redesigned Email screen. It should now be easier to get a view the Email. With the Action buttons in the header that we have added, it should also be easier to do certain tasks; like respond to the email.

With the action buttons in the header, it should be easier to do certain tasks like calling, make an appointment or send an e-mail.

This version of Pocket CRM supports incoming and outgoing invitations from external people that is available in SuperOffice 8.5 R11. The new company and contact screens are now also available for all users. Thanks for all the feedback from those of you who opted in for trying the new screens in previous Pocket CRM versions :-)

The most important changes in this version are:
- Incoming and outgoing invitations from external people. Appointment confirmation is sent from Pocket CRM

- Support for adding an image/logo for companies
- Support for adding more than one photo from gallery in the different entity screens (company, contact, sales, project, appointment)

- Easier to confirm cancelled meetings so it won't show up as notification again.

In this version of Pocket you can try out our new and redesigned company screen. It should be easier to get the information you need, since you can configure what you want to see in the screen. With the action buttons in the header, it should be easier to do certain tasks, like calling or creating an appointment. For a period you will be asked to turn this functionality on, and you will be given the opportunity to give us feedback. We would love to hear from you.

Possible to list Appointment types that should not trigger a notification in "Settings - Push notifications".
iOS support the concept of App Extensions as a method of interacting with an application without starting it or showing it on the screen. Pocket now have it's own extension called "My day" where you will see all your appointments for the next 48 hours. Add it to your App Extension screen and try it out (when on the home screen, swipe right to access the App Extension screen)
iOS 13 support Long-Press gestures (or 3d touch on some phones). Pocket CRM now supports long press on the Pocket CRM icon on the home screen to invoke a menu of different shortcuts for actions you can do within Pocket CRM.
