Adjustments to avoid a font problem in iOS 11.

- Adjustment of the format for sharing a place via email, since some mail clients could not handle the previous format.

Specifically for the PRO version:
- Support for one more navigator app: "MAPS.ME" (See a complete list at viatact.com and within the app.)

- New modern and clear user interface.
- Several bug fixes, in particular the problem that the coordinate fields could be truncated so that some digits became obscured. Also some bug fixes for iOS 10.
- Several optimizations and improvements "under the hood".

Specifically for the PRO version:
- The list of compatible navigator apps has been adjusted (one new app, "HERE Maps", have been added while a few obsolete apps have been removed).
