BUG FIXES:

1. When a file is being moved, the destination file should not be deleted if source doesn't exist
2. When the FX tab is shown, the correct global/layer fx should be made visible according to user's selection of Layer1/Layer2/FX Bus 1/FXBus 2
3. When loading MIDI Programs from MidiPrograms.xml file, presets should be searched by name as well
