Several minor functionality improvements. Updated map and contents.

The main menu has a new "Show Other Maps" options. This allows you to see the map updated with different information than the main map. For example, see a map showing restaurants, cafes and food providers. Or see a map of camping areas.

Lots of content changes and improvements. Plus some minor functionality improvements.

Modified to follow the new permanent redirection of the winter route that bypasses Margaret River mouth. Plus some other minor improvements.

A minor change to the track route between Hamelin Bay and Augusta.

Major update of the information in the App plus new features. The App will now tell you how far you are from places and has an interactive elevation graph showing you the hills and valleys between you and places along the track.

Fixed a problem where the maps did not pan and move correctly on phones running iOS 13 (which most new phones run). Apologies to people this has affected!
