Update to make App compatible with iOS 15 and latest iPhones 13 (fixes the problem with scrolling articles and comments)

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.

Several bug fixes

Preparation for iOS 9.3.3 and iOS 10
reworked Flight Info
fixed issue with re-initialising database
cosmetic changes on iPad (icons in Article View and Map View on north/south routes)

fixes incompatibilities introduced by iOS 9

New features:
- full offline reader capability
- colour coding by category crash, accident, incident, news, report
- identify presence of images and videos in masterlist
- track coverages already read by reader but not yet updated again
- introduced great circle track on map

Bug fixes:
- third pary library removed to improve compatibility with iOS 8
- identified and fixed a race condition in the database import (refresh)
- duplicates in master view (not search) removed
- reader comments maintain line feeds
- photo button did not activate when called article did not contain photos but linked articles did
-  changed "Load more" to "Load one more week" for clarification
