-removed microphone prompt for iOS7 users

- escape wings now listed first in items
- artifacts will stay equipped when exiting and reentering the cave
- lowered attack on last boss a little
- added adjustable zoom feature (useful for tablets)

NOTE: The microphone prompt caused by the recent iOS 7 update will be removed with version 1.26, which should be live as soon as Apple approves it (usually within a week).  This game never has and never will need specific phone permissions like that.
