Original release notes

What’s new in 1.2

Daily check-in — a 60-second morning: affirmation, mood, one thought, yesterday’s follow-up, and up to three goals for tomorrow (they land on your Calendar). You can still take just the affirmation.

BrainBoard — the staff-room whiteboard. Pin a short idea, need, win, or reminder for your school or teachers nearby. Pins fade after 14 days. Swipe to browse; pull down to close.

BrainStorm — one question a week. Add your idea, vote for the ones you’d steal. New question Sunday night.

Where you teach — add your city (and school, if you want) in Profile. Feeds and the board start with teachers near you. Other people see a distance like “2 mi,” never your city or school. Use My Location to pick the nearest city; we never store your exact spot.

Around the Brain now includes Near you today — how teachers at your school, in your city, and within 25 miles are feeling. Moods only show once at least three people have checked in.

New bottom tabs: BrainBoard, Lounge, Dashboard, Calendar, BrainStorm. brAIn and Shop are under More in the side menu.

Lounge
• Optional tags instead of a required category
• Find teachers by name
• Already-watched posts drop out of the reel; it ends on “You’re all caught up”
• Newest posts first within each group
• Multi-photo swipe no longer gets stuck
