Added FPS 29.97 DF (dropped frame)

Changes:
 - Added scrolling in Cue mode in main window when playing
 - Scrolling also make changes on RX device when in SYNC mode
 - The height of the bottom panel has been increased for more precise pressing
 - Fixed bug exiting RealTime mode

   Updated cue playlist design:
 - Increased size for comfortable tapping
 - Added progress bar in cue list when playing
 - Added modes pause/play with start time when tap on CUEs

Upgrade to the paid version to unlock user bits, more framerates including 29.97 (NDF or DF) and 23.976, and the option to start timecode at zero (00:00:00.00) instead of time of day.
