Fixed bug when bank connection categorisation was set to off during reauthorization.

• Connected financial accounts are now fully editable. Any property of imported transactions can be edited, manual entries can be added on connected accounts.
• Automatic categorisation and transfer matching of entries are now optional. They can be turned off when editing a bank connection.
• Added descriptions of bank connection update behaviours based on connection type
• When removing a bank connection, added the option to delete its financial accounts along with it

Fixed a few nagging crashes on budget details, hopefully all resolved now.
