Updated to support new iOS versions and newer devices

-Added Time Trial mode! You can now speedrun through game and record your best time and number of retries.
-Fixed bug causing the game not always switching characters automatically when currently controlled character dies.

Some small bugfixes and adjustments:
-It's no longer possible to jump immediately after switching characters.
-Restore Purchases button now displays a success popup when purchase have been restored.
-Adjust to how achievement unlocking is detected, hopefully preventing achievements opening in wrong order.
-Tiny under the hood changes.
