Minor bug fixes

On the Sound Note screen we have added 'intelligent' octave selection, so when you change notes it will automatically change the octave to pick the closest note.

We have also added more support for transposing instruments. You can now add instrument transposition to custom tunings.

The new instrument tuning mode makes it even easier to tune your strings. We have also added a transposition feature and new dark theme.
