We’re excited to announce the following updates!
- Make decisions on renters faster by accepting or rejecting them from their profile.
- When a tenant pays rent and they submit the response about how things are going (called a “Check-in”), you’ll see a notification and can view it it in Messages.
- When a renter submits a message from a listing site where your property is posted, you’ll receive a notification and that message is also shown in the Messages section.
- Get a quick look at specific payments so you can take action by filtering from the Overview page within the Payments section.
- You can see more updated information faster with auto refresh in the app and by pulling down on the page to refresh.

Checking your payment details just got easier. You can now add filters to view payments by status (e.g. paid/past due), Category (e.g. Rent, Utility Charge, etc.), Leases, Rentals, and Date Paid. We've also made updates to maintain strong security in the app and as well as other minor improvements.
