Device to Apple Watch connectivity improvements

- Fixes regression with latest update that caused intermittent freezing of the buttons.
- Adds RPC based communication with the TiVo. This is not on by default but can be turned on in the app's settings (Series 4+). RPC should be more stable and allow the ability for one-click commands in the future.
