Fixed an issue with smaller screen sized devices where the keyboard wouldn't go away when input was done.

Thanks for your user feedback from the 1.0 release version. As a result of your comments, in this release, we've:

* REMOVED the custom pink keyboard and replaced it with the standard keyboard for your device

* ADDED the ability to edit ingredient names and descriptions.

* TWEAKED lots of little bits & pieces to make the app run more smoothly.
