Slight UI appearance changes based on user feedback from testing

Minor changes to user interface.

Fixed a bug where test uploads would not happen if a user took another test after having uploaded the results of a previous test without closing the app in between
testing sessions.

Framework updates, code revisions and various bug fixes to accommodate a new large study being conducted in collaboration with the University of Washington.
