Enhanced Security is an optional new feature that provides maximum protection against fraud by disabling high-risk actions on your account, including switching networks, porting out your line, device changes and more. To perform any of these actions, you'll need to disable Enhanced Security first (requires verification). Your everyday app experience like checking usage, managing plans and making payments remains unchanged.

Our Travel Planner has been updated with improved recommendations for Multi-Network lines and international pools. Plus we've made activation faster than ever. Quick activation reduces steps, choices and complication. Customized activations are still available, of course.

We're helping new customers with a streamlined instant activation experience. We've also improved push notifications and support chat, plus fixed an issue where phone numbers required double-taps during port-in.

Version 10 of the app is here! An all new faster, more responsive chat experience fixes everything users didn't like about the old one. It's brand new, so expect follow-up improvments as it gets real-world use. Second — the good news is, we've fixed the pinned lines feature. The annoying news is, it will unpin all your currently pinned lines. Sorry about that! Lastly, we're taking down the holiday decorations, reverting to the usual app icon and taking down the Recap banner.
