Original release notes

This update introduces a new rarity system, bringing more depth to monsters and gear. Monsters can now spawn in five rarity tiers—Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary—each representing increasing power and potential.

Gear has been updated to match, with rarity now directly reflecting strength and impact.

The scanner has also been revamped. Scanning a barcode lets you spend Chaos Matter to mine tokens, search for items, or create Monster Cores to spawn new monsters. These cores can be upgraded to higher rarity tiers.

This is the first major step for the rarity system, with more expansions to come.
