Game Update 4.9.3

- The Chaos Champion has had his maximum level increased from 80 to 85.
- All spawnable locations have been reworked, so in busy events the highest level Resources, Foes, Armies, etc, are now prioritised by the location respawner.
- Added a new optimisation to the Spoils delivery system to improve server performance.

31 Structures have increased their maximum level.
10 items have had Eternal Rarity added.
All Warlords can now be upgraded to Rank 7.
A new Dragon Raid has been added.

Added new Higher Level Resource locations which will appear in the Altdorf Siege Zone, these will occasionally apear periodically.
Added new level 60 and 65 Frenzied Manticore Raid locations, these new levels drop an improved Large Spoil with a much-improved chance at obtaining Manticore Tusks.
Frenzied Manticore have received an Armour buff, Armour is now 30 up from 25.
Ithilmar Shards have been removed from the 18 Trials Reward and been replaced with Corrupted Wayshards.
Replaced various Tier 4 units from the Ulthuan Event rewards which higher tier Units.

Resolved an issue that prevented Solo and Alliance Trials from being started.

Fixed a bug where the Capture Pit wasn’t displaying the correct loot tables.

A new event “Fury of the Frosthearts” has been added  to the game. In this event the Frostheart Phoenix’s normally exiled to the frozen mountains of Ulthuan, follow the retreating Chaos forces, back to the ‘Old World’ intent on revenge.
Across the Old World, the Frostheart Phoenixes use their frigid aura to slow and destroy the enemies of the High Elves, their once fiery rage cooled to a freezing fury!
In the new challenge and army event, the “Frostheart Fury” players will compete in an epic new challenge to save many different types of Tier 4 and 5 units from the wrath of these Monstrous Beasts!
The Frostheart Phoenix will be found in any area that the forces of Chaos may be found, they followed the ships back to Blackclaw Port, so their concentration may be denses in the surrounding area.

Increased the spawn amounts of all Ruined Relic’s (Silver Leaf Nodes) in Ulthuan.
Increased the amount of experience dropped by Vampire Lords in their Loot Tables as well as increased the experience granted for each attack against them.
Added a new Vampire Lord Spoil that will replace the existing spoil dropped when defeating Vampire Lords.
