Adds support for import of passwords in CSV files.

Improvements were made to the feature : Erase Password from Clipboard (after 1 minute). The password is now erased exactly after one minute.

Adds Export to CSV file command. With this new command you can now export all (or a selection of) your passwords from Web Confidential and then into Apple's new Passwords app.
