New global online league. Play everyday to collect points for the leaderboard. I also fixed a bug, preventing to set a pin in some game modes another bug that stopped background music from playing.

Fine tuned the new learning algorithm and fixed a bug that lead to crashes on older devices.

The learning mode got a slight overhaul and I removed the time restrictions to achieve 100%. You can still get a reminder for the best time to repeat according to the built-in Spaced Repetition algorithm. I also remove the Vatican as a country, as it was just impossible to hit. I also fixed a new bug leading to a crash in repetition mode.
