Wise Tales is now a bedtime storybook, pure and simple.

Every tale is read aloud in one language — the one your family reads in — with each word lighting up as it is spoken, hand-painted art on every page, and a sleep timer that finishes the page before it stops.

If you have been reading in two languages: the translation line under each sentence, and Echo mode with it, are gone. It was the hardest call we have made. One language on the page turned out to be the calmer, quieter bedtime, and it let us make everything else better. Nothing else changes — all 13 languages, your library and your place in every story carry over exactly as they were. Pick your language any time in Settings.

Thirty-three new tales have joined the shelf, too — among them Aladdin and the Magic Lamp, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Rapunzel, The Little Mermaid and The Monkey King.
