1) Force-touch your modular watch face to apply WristBook to your 3-line-complication. It will update the most relevant recent post right to your watch face. You can click it in order to read the full post, see the pictures, comments, ...

2) Force-touch from within the app and enter the settings to decide whether the posts should be displayed by their chronological order (most recent one first) or by relevance (most "important" one first)

3) The settings dialog also lets you set font size now
