Bug fixes and performance improvements

The latest update improved the Android rating by 0.21 stars, moving from 4.43 to 4.64. This positive shift follows the resolution of radar map loading failures and application timeouts. While the app achieved an improved category rank, persistent reports of inaccurate location tracking and intrusive alerts remain as friction points.
