Your Apple Music playlist finally has a home on the practice screen.

MUSIC YOU CAN SEE AND CONTROL
When a flow has a paired playlist, you get a Now Playing preview with artwork, track title, artist and a progress line. Play, pause, skip ahead or go back without leaving your practice. Pausing the music leaves your poses running, so you can take a moment without losing your place.
If a playlist can't start, the app now tells you quietly instead of stalling. Downloaded and purchased songs play without an Apple Music subscription, and anything that fails comes with a Retry button.

LIGHT OR DARK, YOUR CHOICE
A new Appearance setting under Personalization lets you choose Light, Dark, or follow your device. It's free for everyone and carries across your devices.

A CALMER SETTINGS SCREEN
Related options are grouped together. The 3D Figure switch now sits above the figure color and rotation rows, so it's clear what they change.

MORE THAN 70 FIXES
- Deleting a pose, sequence or flow no longer breaks the builder
- Skipping poses while paused no longer discards the session
- Your library keeps its order across devices, and deleted items stay deleted
- Practice history no longer doubles up between devices, and streaks survive daylight saving
- Apple Watch sync keeps working with large workouts, so results reach Health reliably
- Lapsed and downgraded subscribers are no longer locked out of flows they own
- The subscription screen always quotes the correct price
- The Live Activity timer no longer jumps forward after a pause
