Chat history just got an upgrade.

Let’s be honest, scrolling through a list of generic titles to find that one specific answer is tedious. We fixed it. Now, you can see an answer preview and exactly which Custom Agent you used right in your chat history list. It makes finding your past conversations faster and way easier.

We've fixed an issue where some users were unable to go back to the Home Screen after asking an agent a question.
