Original release notes

Every filter list is now free. Cloudflare Filtered, Quad9 Filtered and Family
are no longer behind a purchase.

• Family now blocks ads. It previously used a resolver that filtered adult
  content but not advertising, so choosing Family switched ad blocking off. It
  now uses AdGuard Family, which covers advertising and tracking domains as
  well as adult content.
• Turning filtering off and back on is instant. It no longer needs a trip
  through Settings each time.
• The app notices straight away when you change the DNS setting in Settings,
  instead of waiting to be asked to re-check.
• Safari rule list rewritten. The previous rules matched the wrong part of a
  request and blocked far less than intended. Added rules that clear leftover
  ad slots and cookie-consent banners from pages.
• The Safari rule list is now shown on the main screen, so it is easier to find
  and switch on.
• Fixed a broken link on the Rate ZeroAds button.
