“Recent user voice shows a mixed sentiment. Users appreciate audio recording quality and note-audio synchronization, but report app stability and crashes and recording interruption issues.”
What Users Love
The audio is of excellent quality, even if someone is across the room speaking.
The audio is so very crisp and clear.
The only note taker that can place your audio notes right where u are writing.
Your notes have timestamps aligned with audio regardless if you write them during live recording or after.
Pain Points
Today in a conference it has crashed 6 times - stopping the recording suddenly.
When I hit the pencil icon it will shut the app down.
When you switch apps that use your microphone... it STOPS AUDIONOTE RECORDING AND DOESNT AUTOMATICALLY RESUME!
I lost two hours of an important meeting and when I came back to audionote it reset the file from 0:00
