I have been on yelp biz for 2 years as a business owner and yet I have not received a single lead.
Most of these leads dont respond. And unless you pay a premium, Yelp will bury you under competitors pages.
They just steal your money for nothing just fake leads and they call you everyday non stop
BEWARE OF FREE TRIAL SCAM!!! ... Come back Mar 8th to a charge of $169 on my credit card.
Yelp has taken every good review of mine down. Maybe if I paid for their services maybe they would allow for it to stay.
