“Recent user voice shows a frustrated sentiment. Users appreciate core concept and social connection, but report android technical failures and inaccessible customer support.”
What Users Love
This is a great help with staying in touch with my family.
I love the concept of this app, I recently graduated and was looking for some ways to keep in touch with my friends.
Pain Points
The android experience is awful. I can no longer write comments or see other people's comments.
I'm trying to input my phone number I receive HTTP 400 error.
When I click on the "contact us" to try and reach customer support in the app it just opens a draft of an email to no one.
There is no contact information either in the app, so there is no way to reach out about this.
