2. Puerto Rican Residents: enables residents of Puerto Rico to create and manage My Quest Accounts and Appointments through the app.
3. Pay Bills single sign on  to ebills portal:   Turning functionality back on for seamless transition for My Quest users to the ebills portal to pay bills online without having to sign in again.     This functionality was previously launched and paused.

Various minor enhancements and bug fixes.

1. Insurance: When you make an appointment, the demographic information from the Who is visiting page now prepopulates in the insurance fields.
2. Billing:  If you need to pay a Quest Diagnostics bill, a new Bill Payment made easy! card on the Home page provides a link directly to our new online billing portal.
3. Deactivate account: If you choose to deactivate your MyQuest account, a new message provides information on what happens when you deactivate your account and what you should do before deactivating it.

1). You will now see estimated delivery dates for your lab results in the Your recent activity section of the MyQuest tab and on the Results page.
2). Tapping the Bills link on the MyQuest tab will take you to Quest’s new billing portal when it becomes available.

1. The location search results are now limited to a 25-mile radius and show the nearest 5 locations at a time.

What’s New:
1. Your recent activity. Now displays “Completed” when all lab results are in.
2. Patient demographics. You must now enter your address when scheduling an appointment.
3. Insurance. You can now schedule an appointment even if your insurance is not in our system. Just bring your insurance card to your appointment.
4. 3rd party locations. Instructions are now available for scheduling appointments at 3rd party locations.
5. Additional minor bug fixes.

* Deactivate account. You can now close your MyQuest account without having to contact support.
* Lab results.  Improved speed for lab result list to display.
* FHIR update. If you use a 3rd-party app to view your lab results, you may need to verify your identity to continue seeing lab results.
* Additional minor bug fixes.

-The Results screen is redesigned to provide more information about the status of a lab test.
-A test result is now delivered individually as soon as a test is completed. Previously, results were held until all tests in the order were completed.
 Note: Hold times in place to comply with state-specific laws are still applicable.

• Users who have not verified their identity will now receive the same messaging throughout the app when trying to view available and pending results.
• Users will see the following changes when scheduling appointments: an updated text/phone call informational disclaimer, new messaging and options when trying to book an appointment that has already been taken, and in some cases, wait time will no longer appear for some locations.
• Minor Fixes

COVID testing updates: Mildly symptomatic patients can schedule appointments at a PSC or drive-thru location while severely symptomatic patients can only schedule appointments at a drive-thru location.
Appointment scheduling updates: Appointments can now be found by confirmation code and when you have forgotten your confirmation code. These appointments can now be edited and cancelled.
Insurance update:  When entering insurance information, we now try to validate the Member ID.
New app Availability: When a new version of the app is available, you will see a notification upon opening the app. If your current app is no longer supported, you will be forced to upgrade to the latest version.
Minor fixes

- The red 'Results Need Your Review' text now appears only when a lab result is unreviewed
- When a user changes an appointment the title that appears on the page is now 'Edit Appointment'
