    • I was forced to make payments just to keep my service active, even though I never had the phone.
    • I’ve been on the phone with Verizon wireless for 51 minutes and counting!!!
  • App Usability & Bugs
    • The Face ID feature to log in stopped working and now you have to jump through many unnecessary hoops
    • The app wants you to either autopay, or enter a CVV code each time. No Apple Pay, no reminders.
    • It won’t show my device, but shows another device duplicated.
