    With this update you get a graphical overview of the exercise and their sequence. Tap on an exercise to look at our model showing it, so that you learn which muscles to  tense and relax,
    
    We also added a button to reset all setting, improved the stability of the app, and adapted it to iOS 12.

    This release gives you more flexibility in adapating your PMR sessions to your own rhytm:
    - select the duration of the tension and relaxation phases,
    - select the number of iterations for each body-part group,
    - select how much detail you want to explain the exercises.
    This allows you to choose individually between short and longer sessions.
    
    We also introduced an additional slider to control the volume and an estimate for the total session duration, smoothened the phase progress bar and improved the stability of the app.
