Original release notes

Siri & Shortcuts, reimagined

We've overhauled our Siri and Shortcuts integration. App Shortcuts now install automatically — no setup needed.

Control Runmeter hands-free:
• "Hey Siri, ask Runmeter to Start" (also: Lap, Stop, Discard, Reset, or Done)
• "Hey Siri, ask Runmeter for Distance" (also: Time, Pace, Speed, Heart Rate, Power, Grade, and more)

Examples:
• "Hey Siri, ask Runmeter to Start"
• "Hey Siri, ask Runmeter for Average Speed"
• "Hey Siri, ask Runmeter for Grade"
• "Hey Siri, ask Runmeter to Stop"

Heads up: Any Shortcuts you created previously will need to be deleted and recreated. Wind and road noise can prevent Siri from hearing you, so commands work best when stopped or moving slowly.
