In this update we've improved connectivity between Zendesk Chat and Support apps. Now when a chat ends, you'll see an option to view an associated support ticket in the Support iOS app (when installed). You can also view related Support tickets for previous chats. In this release we added the ability to apply actions to chats in your Chat History list. For example, you can now email a chat transcript or details to another agent in your organization, delete a chat or mark as unread in case you need to return to it later.
