What Is Overcoming pain based on EMDR?

Overcoming pain based on EMDR is a specialized health and fitness application designed to assist individuals suffering from chronic pain and stress. Developed by Australian psychologist Mark Grant, the app leverages evidence-based principles of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and bilateral stimulation (BLS) to provide users with self-help audio strategies. The app is positioned as a premium, clinical-grade tool rather than a generic wellness tracker. It targets a niche audience seeking non-pharmacological, science-backed interventions for pain management. Its primary differentiator is the integration of professional clinical expertise with specific, goal-oriented audio playlists that guide users through mental and sensory healing exercises.
