What Users Love
I love the longevity of the app and the user interface.
Simple and easy to use, So helpful... perfect and It is very satisfying to use.
Made some awesome friends through it and there’s a sweet little community.
I grew a lot through the direction and ideas I got from the coach. Probably the most valuable thing I have ever gotten.
Pain Points
App always freezes and crashes and deletes data nowadays.
I literally can't get past the sign up form. The fields keep resetting.
Seems like the developers have all but abandoned this app. Last update was three years ago.
I have sent multiple questions to their Support email address with no response.
I cannot create new habits anymore! What a shame!
Attempting to add a new habit results in an 'Error loading results' message.
Despite pausing my subscription... I was still charged £68.
Paused subscription, got charged.
Users’ daily goal checkins are public by default, and they CANNOT retroactively change that data to private.
Why are goals public by default? There are some crazy public goals right at the top of the activity feed that feel very private / NSFW.

Cons
- Critical, app-breaking bugs including login loops and constant crashes.

- Dangerous privacy defaults (public goals) that alienate users.
What is the market outlook?
Growth Opportunities
- For Competitors: Massive opportunity to poach Coach.me's frustrated user base by offering stable tracking and importing their legacy data.
- For Coach.me: Immediate revitalization of the user base simply by fixing core bugs and restoring basic functionality.
- For Coach.me: Expanding the B2B leadership coaching tier, which has higher margins than consumer habit tracking.
Market Threats
- Imminent risk of total user base collapse if critical bugs are not addressed immediately.
- Aggressive moves by premium coaching competitors (like Goalswon and BetterUp) capturing Coach.me's highest-LTV users.
- Modern, highly-polished indie apps (like HabitKit and Me+) stealing the younger demographic looking for simple tracking.
