“Recent user voice shows a frustrated sentiment. Users appreciate diagnostic capability, but report diagnostic inaccuracy and subscription & pricing model.”
What Users Love
This is the only EKG AI model that diagnoses acute coronary occlusion beyond ST Elevation.
This AI has an incredible ability to clean up poor quality tracings!
Pain Points
On a few 12 leads with obvious ST elevation... it stated that there was no evidence of a STEMI.
The ECG shows very obvious arrhythmias... Yet, the PMcardio app erroneously called the ECG 'sinus rhythm'.
The 50 ECG quota is not clearly mentioned in the marketing material when subscribing.
It's simply far too expensive for healthcare providers in resource limited settings.
